Accuracy of information. We do our best to keep venue details, hours, and awards current, and every venue page shows when it was last verified. Restaurants and bars change fast: menus, hours, ownership, sometimes whether they're even still open. Confirm details directly with the venue before you go.

Third-party links. Links to venues, guides, and award sources take you off CompassEats to sites we don't control. We aren't responsible for their content or availability.

Intellectual property. The CompassEats name, logo, and site design belong to CompassEats. Award and guide names belong to their respective organizations, mentioned here for identification only, not endorsement.

Limitation of liability. CompassEats is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. We aren't liable for decisions made based on information found here, including a bad meal.

Changes to these terms. We may update these terms as the site grows. Continued use after a change means you accept it.
